Lois is a patient, "no pressure" realtor who really listens to the needs of her buyers and sellers. She finds working with first time home buyers especially rewarding as she takes special care to help them understand the purchasing process and the contracts to be signed.

Lois puts extra time and effort into guiding her sellers to prepare their homes for marketing in order to obtain the highest possible value, and prides herself in the quality photos she takes (interior and exterior) to make her listings as visible as possible through "Virtual Tours" displayed in the Multiple Listing Service and on the internet.

In addition to her 30 years of real estate experience, Lois has also been involved in new construction with her husband of 35 years, Gary (Salzieder Builders), in which she designs floor plans, additions, and draws blueprints.
